Order Mistakes

If we made a mistake while packing your order, we want to make it right! Please reach out to us at astelianstudio@gmail.com within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving your order so we can get you the correct items ASAP! If you have to return anything to us because we messed up, we will cover the return shipping, within reason. 

  • Take a pic and share with Astel when you are next able to contact them to get the process rolling with your return.

  • Take a picture and send it with your order number the next time you can get in contact with Astel to remedy and get your items switched to the correct ones!

  • Sometimes, item images might appear different due to many factors that is hard to show without holding the item in front of you.

    If the item you got doesn’t look like how the images shows and you are disappointed, we’d like to help! Contact Astel next you are able and let’s chat about how we can help you~

As it stands, Astelian Studio is still pretty new in the digital market and does not have a return policy set yet in regards to returns.
